The past severals days have been disastrous for many traders. Even disciplined traders hhave had difficult in getting profits. it because the markets have changed. you need to change as well. please keep in mind that you do not have trade in storm markets like that.

when inevitable occurs, take your profits and go to vocation, get away from the markets for a while to keep calm.

markets are generally bearish. upwardmovement will take time. US help to the financial markes will not change too much in the short term.
